Ingredients
30ml Roe & Co 106
30ml Funky dark rum
50ml Fresh Pineapple juice
30ml Coconut cream
15ml Lime
Cube of block ice
Tall highbal glass
Method
Add all ingredients to shaker
Add Ice
Hard shake and strain over block ice
Garnish : two pineapple leaves, pineapple piece and coconut shavings

Add the flesh of half a passionfruit and a quarter of a ripe mango to your normal recipe, then blitz it with about half a wine glass of ice. Garnish with pineapple leaves and the empty half of your passionfruit.
