Pina Colada
Ingredients
- 30ml Roe & Co 106
- 30ml Funky dark rum
- 50ml Fresh Pineapple juice
- 30ml Coconut cream
- 15ml Lime
- Cube of block ice
- Tall highbal glass
Equipment
- Shakers
- Jigger
- Tall Highball glass or wine glass
- Hawthorn strainer
Method
Add all ingredients to shaker
Add Ice
Hard shake and strain over block ice
Garnish : two pineapple leaves, pineapple piece and coconut shavings
