Fancy Co Summer Spritz
- 50ml Roe & Co
- 10ml pear liqueur
- 50ml champagne
- absinthe spray (optional)
- champagne flute
Chill champagne flute with crushed ice.
Once the flute has been chilled empty out the ice and pour in all ingredients finished with a spray of absinthe.
Add 40ml Roe & Co and 20ml Belsazar Rose to a Wine glass with Ice. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a sprig of Rosemary.Henrique, Distillery Brand Ambassador
