Ingredients
50ml Roe & Co
10ml pear liqueur
50ml champagne
absinthe spray (optional)
Method
Chill champagne flute with crushed ice.
Once the flute has been chilled empty out the ice and pour in all ingredients finished with a spray of absinthe.
