Ingredients

  • 40ml Roe & Co 106

  • 20ml Orgeat

  • 25ml Angostura Bitters

  • 20ml Lemon juice

  • Ice

  • No garnish

Method

All ingredients into cocktail Tins

 

Shake with ice for 30 seconds

 

Double strain into coupe

  • Coupe Glass

  • Hawthorne Strainer

  • Fine strainer

Feeling Fancy?

Replace half the orgeat with 10ml of syrup from a jar of maraschino cherries. A great way to use something you might otherwise throw away after garnishing all of your Roe & Co Manhattans
