50ml Roe & Co 106
20ml Honey Syrup
20ml Lemon
Riff:
40ml Roe & Co 106
10ml Campari
20ml Strawberry Honey syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
Method
Add all ingredients to shaking tin
Add ice
Shake
Strain over ice in a rocks glass
Garnish with lemon wheel

For this fruity twist, add 10ml of Campari, reduce the Roe & Co to 40ml and add 20ml of Strawberry Honey syrup*.
*Strawberry Honey Syrup: Combine 50g strawberries, 50ml honey & 50ml water in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes at medium heat. Leave to cool and fine strain.
