This spring we’re celebrating the best of Ireland from the crashing shores of the coast to the bountiful land that provides for us focusing on sand and soil. Treat yourself to our premium sensory experience, Of Sand and Soil: A Taste of Ireland at Roe & Co Distillery.

To celebrate modern Ireland and the vibrant contemporary Irish food & drink scene, Roe & Co have collaborated with Killahora Orchards to create a new blend, Roe & Killahora Curators 0.2, delivering a distinctively Irish flavour experience.

To kick off the evening you’ll meet your host at reception where you’ll be greeted with a Roe & Co cocktail. Following this you’ll be brought to the Flavours Workshop where you’ll be handed over to our flavours expert, to learn how to create the perfect Irish cocktail.

Then you’ll make your way to Room 106 and join our tasting expert to enjoy our premium whiskey tasting experience, featuring our limited edition Roe & Killahora Curators 0.2 whiskey. We'll bring you on a paired tasting of these new and exciting limited edition liquids coupled with bespoke artisan bites, from Irish cheeses to handmade chocolates.

Finally, finish up with a cocktail in the Power House Bar, taking home a pair of our beautiful Roe & Co whiskey glasses to enjoy at home.
