10ml Honey
20ml Lime Juice
5 fresh mint leaves
Mint Sprig garnish
Method
Add all ingredients to the shaker
Add Ice
Shake hard for 6 to 8 seconds
Fine strain into your cold Coupet (with no ice)
Garnish with a mint sprig
