Roe & CoSour
- 50ml Roe & Co
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white (to make it vegan use instead 30ml Aquafaba)
- rocks glass
- rock ice
- cocktail shaker
- strainer & fine strainer
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Shake hard and double strain over ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Add one of the following to the above recipe to get creative with your whiskey sour.
- 1 heaped tsp of good Jam or Marmalade.
- The pulp of 1 Passionfruit
- 3 dashes of your favourite cocktail bitters.
