15ml Crème de Cacao
20ml Lemon
3 Strawberry
1 Whole Egg
Ice
Method
Cut tops off strawberries & cut in half.
Add all ingredients to shaker
Shake without ice
Add ice to shaker and shake again
Double strain into chilled coupe
Garnish with half egg shell
