Sip on summer favourites like the F-Roe-Zen Irish Coffee, Red Berry F-Roe-zé, or the citrusy Grain & Grapefruit, all curated with Roe & Co’s signature Irish whiskey blends in our lively outdoor space buzzing with music.
We’re proud to welcome The Salt Project as our food partner. Pair our signature cocktails with a selection of delicious bites served festival-style, offering a modern twist on classic Irish flavours. Order directly from the truck, grab your buzzer, and catch up with your gang while your food makes its way to you: fresh, hot, and always delicious.

Entry to the Cocktail Garden at Roe & Co Distillery is completely FREE. Simply pay for the exclusive cocktails and delicious Irish bites you choose to enjoy.
The Cocktail Garden is open from 13th June to 28th September 2025, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (final seating).
As this is a working distillery and an alcohol attraction, children are not permitted to the Roe & Co Summer Garden. This includes small babies.
