NOSE:
Caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and stone fruit.
TASTE:
Hints of caramel and baking spices with vanilla sweetness. Subtle notes of charred peaches and stone fruit, balanced by a gentle woody dryness.
FINISH:
Silky and warming, developing into a dry tannic finish with lingering hints of burnt sugar and soft fruit.

Blended Irish Whiskey
Roe & Co is a new premium Blended Irish Whiskey, named in honour of George Roe, a true pioneer of Irish Whiskey. Refined, elegant, and with remarkable depth, a masterful blend of rich malt whiskey and the smoothest of grain whiskey aged in bourbon casks.
MADE FROM THE FINEST HAND-SELECTED STOCKS OF IRISH MALT AND GRAIN WHISKIES, AGED IN BOURBON CASKS.
NOSE:
Creamy, delightfully fragrant.
TASTE:
Notes of soft spice and mellow spun sugar along with warm hints of spiced pears and woody vanilla.
FINISH:
Lingering and gentle, ending with a light creaminess.

SINGLE GRAIN: FLOR
ROE & CO'S FIRST PERMANENT SINGLE GRAIN RELEASE INSPIRED BY THE AGE-OLD BIOLOGICAL CASK MATURATION OF FORTIFIED WINES FROM THE JEREZ REGION OF SPAIN
NOSE:
Lemon and Orange zest, Marzipan, dried apricot, sliced green apple, coconut, charred oak.
TASTE:
Apricot jam, more lemon and orange zest, almonds and fresh cream.
FINISH:
Warm and long, with notes of toffee and a touch of ground ginger.

Single Malt: Solera
THE TRUEST EXPRESSION OF ROE & CO. A VIBRANTLY BOLD, FIRST RELEASE SINGLE MALT MADE IN DUBLIN 8
NOSE:
Muscovado, hazelnut and walnuts, Darjeeling tea leaves, orchard fruit, cinnamon, and subtle tropical/summer fruits, and sherried notes.
TASTE:
Maple syrup and caramel, with complex notes of roasted walnut, truffle, wood spice, and dried fruits. There is a lot of texture to this whiskey – it is triple distilled but it is not light!
FINISH:
Medium dry with more nuts, orchard fruit, dried tropical fruit and heavily charred oak. Subtle sherried notes to close.
