Power House Bar

Step inside the creative minds behind some of the World’s 50 Best Bars; The Power House bar is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail after your Cocktail Workshop Experience, or if you fancy an after-work drink. Our menu is carefully curated, celebrating the five key pillars of flavour. Choose from our Drinks Manual where each cocktail is named after a former worker of the Old Guinness Power Station, a nostalgic nod to our building’s past.

OUR SAFETY MEASURES AT A GLANCE

From the friendly staff behind the bar to the brand ambassadors who will guide you during your experience, everyone at Roe & Co Distillery has completed the Fáilte Ireland Covid-19 Safety Charter training.

We have reduced the number of people we can welcome at one time, allowing safe physical distancing to be in place to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.

There will be hand sanitizer and signage throughout the building, with our staff on hand to help you with any requests.

Face coverings will be worn by all staff, including food and drink service.

AHEAD OF YOUR VISIT

By law, face coverings are mandatory in retail areas such as shops, visitor attractions and shopping centres. To that end, we are asking all visitors to the Roe & Co Cocktail Workshop Experience to wear face coverings, to ensure the safety of other visitors and staff. Face coverings are required in food and beverage areas, except when seated at your table. In certain instances, some people should not or do not have to wear face coverings. Please refer to the HSE website for most up to date information on ‘when to wear a face covering’.

In line with government guidance, a group can consist of 6 adults max. If you or anyone you’ve been in contact with has experienced Covid-19 symptoms in the last 14 days, please reschedule your visit for a later time emailing hello@roeandcowhiskey.com.

In the event of a Covid-19 incident, we are obliged to share your information with the HSE for contact tracing purposes. Your information will be kept securely for 30 days by the Roe & Co Distillery.
