Ingredients

  • 50ml Roe & Co
  • 20ml fresh apple juice
  • soda water
  • fresh pear slice

Equipment

  • highball glass
  • rock Ice

Method

Fill a high ball glass with ice and build all ingredients over the ice.

Garnish with a fresh slice of pear.

Roe Ginger Sour

Ingredients

  • 50ml Roe & Co
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20ml pear liqueur
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 egg white
  • fresh ginger

Equipment

  • rocks glass
  • rock ice
  • cocktail shaker
  • strainer

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.

Shake hard and double strain over ice in a rocks glass.

Garnish with a fresh piece of ginger root.

Old Roe & Co

Ingredients

  • 50ml Roe & Co
  • 5ml clear chocolate liqueur
  • 5ml honey water
  • 1 dash chocolate bitters
  • 1 dash of aromatic bitters
  • sprig of mint

Equipment

  • rocks glass
  • mixing glass & mixing spoon
  • rock ice

Method

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add in all the ingredients.

Stir lightly for around 20 seconds to mix and dilute the cocktail.

Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Roe & Red

Ingredients

  • 35ml Roe & Co
  • 60ml red lemonade or regular lemonade and a dash of angostura bitters
  • orange wedge

Equipment

  • highball glass

Method

Fill a highball glass with rock ice and pour in 35ml Roe & Co and 60ml red lemonade/lemonade and bitters dash.

Stir quickly and garnish with an orange wedge.

Roe & Cosy

Ingredients

  • 50ml Roe & Co infused with winter spices
  • 100ml boiling water

Single Serve:

  • 1 star anise
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 earl grey teabag
  • 1tsp of honey
  • lemon zest studded with cloves

Equipment

  • hot whiskey glass or mug
  • tea strainer

Method

50ml Roe & Co – spiced and steeped for 20 mins.

Per bottle: 2 x earl grey tea bags 2 x cinnamon sticks 10 star anise

Pre-batch hot honey water using the below to top up the spiced whiskey before serving using the following:

  • 120ml boiling water
  • 10ml honey water

Roe Irish Coffee

Ingredients

  • 40ml Roe & Co
  • 60ml freshly brewed americano coffee
  • 10ml porter syrup/sugar syrup
  • 15ml fresh lightly whipped cream
  • grated nutmeg & 3 coffee beans

Equipment

  • irish coffee glass
  • grater

Method

Heat the irish coffee glass with boiling water.

Once heated empty the water out and add 60ml of freshly brewed hot coffee and in the syrup.

Stir lightly.

Pour in 40ml of Roe & Co and layer lightly whipped fresh cream on top.

Garnish with 3 coffee beans and a light dusting of grated nutmeg.

Roe Manhattan

Ingredients

  • 50ml Roe & Co
  • 10ml sweet vermouth
  • dash of aromatic bitters
  • maraschino cherry

Equipment

  • martini coupe
  • mixing glass & spoon

Method

Fill a mixing glass with ice and pour in all ingredients.

Stir down to add dilution and strain into a martini coupe and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Fancy Co Summer Spritz

Ingredients

  • 50ml Roe & Co
  • 10ml pear liqueur
  • 50ml champagne
  • absinthe spray (optional)

Equipment

  • champagne flute

Method

Chill champagne flute with crushed ice.

Once the flute has been chilled empty out the ice and pour in all ingredients finished with a spray of absinthe.
